You can buy special vitamins and minerals meant for the hair or simply take note of your daily intake (which could prove difficult!). Furthermore, some of the so-called food may not provide our daily dosage due to chemicals used for growing vegetables and fruits.
Or you could simply ensure that you are eating a proper balanced diet. This could be difficult though since you need to keep track of the small quantities of mineral intake as well. So, the vitamin pills might be a good option. Other daily activities like brushing, handling, shampoos and conditioners are important too.
For those with fine hair, they need to be gentle with their hair while brushing and combing. Choose the proper brush and comb depending on your hair type, coarse, fine or strong. Even your shampoos and conditioners are important too.
Apart from combing and gentle brushing, massaging your scalp is vital to promote hair growth. Since the hair follicles are located on the scalp, it is important to spend one-two minutes massaging your scalp while you are shampooing. Using non-chemical shampoos could prevent hair loss in woman. Shampoos should be massaged onto the scalp to clean the scalp and hair.
Some people use conditioner to massage into the scalp. It is said that this may cause hair loss. Hair conditioner is meant to be used for the hair strands and not the hair roots. Hence, buying a separate conditioner instead of the 2 in 1 shampoos might be better. Hair loss in woman could cause loss a lack of confidence in a woman. But, if you really cannot salvage your hair, do not lose faith. Outer beauty is not important compared to inner beauty which is eternal.
